The Letters
The Letters assume the shape of old print letters, which in the past were used to print books. The individual pieces are made of burned clay and wood. Moataz Nasr sought to express his notion surrounding the neglect of Arab culture.
The work was exhibited in Cairo: in December 2001 in the personal exhibition in Townhouse Gallery 2001 and in the bookshop “Diwan” in May 2002.
